Our Team
Marc Heenan
Managing Director, Growth and Strategy
Marc Heenan joined RCN Capital in 2023 as Managing Director, Growth and Strategy. In this role, Mr. Heenan is responsible for evaluating new loan products and channel opportunities in addition to new strategic partnerships. Mr. Heenan brings over 25 years of real estate finance experience having spent the prior three years at CoreVest Finance where he was initially charged with growing the company’s Lender Partnerships division before being promoted to Head of Sales. Mr. Heenan holds a BA in History and Political Science and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
Omar El Mofty
Head of Structured Finance Group
Omar El Mofty joined RCN Capital in 2024 as the Head of Structured Finance, where he leads the sourcing, underwriting, and closing of loans across various asset classes, including SFR portfolio term loans, multifamily bridge and term loans, build-for-rent developments, and mixed-use and commercial properties. Prior to RCN, he spent 6.5 years at Kiavi, most recently leading the SFR Portfolio team. He also held roles at Invesco Real Estate and CBRE, where he focused on asset and portfolio management across retail, office, industrial, and multifamily properties. Omar holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego.
Graham Werner
Vice President, Originations
Graham Werner is responsible for assisting in the development of new loan products, together with the sourcing and development of relationships with CRE brokers and sponsors to generate large loan balances. Graham comes to the SFG from Berkadia, where he was responsible for the generation of multifamily and other commercial financings. Prior to Berkadia, Graham held positions at CoreVest Finance and Civic Financial Services on their multifamily teams. Graham holds a BS in Real Estate from New York University.
Marisa Davis
Vice President, Operations
Marisa brings 10 years of private loan experience to RCN’s SFG partners team, with a strong background in lending operations, including processing, underwriting, and closing. She has worked extensively on both residential and multifamily transactions, bringing a comprehensive understanding of the loan process from origination to sale. Previously, Marisa helped lead the processing team at CV3 Financial Services and held multiple positions at Civic Financial Services.
