Our Team

Marc Heenan
Managing Director, Growth and Strategy
Marc Heenan joined RCN Capital in 2023 as Managing Director, Growth and Strategy. In this role, Mr. Heenan is responsible for evaluating new loan products and channel opportunities in addition to new strategic partnerships. Mr. Heenan brings over 25 years of real estate finance experience having spent the prior three years at CoreVest Finance where he was initially charged with growing the company’s Lender Partnerships division before being promoted to Head of Sales. Mr. Heenan holds a BA in History and Political Science and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.

Graham Werner
Vice President, Originations
Graham Werner is responsible for assisting in the development of new loan products, together with the sourcing and development of relationships with CRE brokers and sponsors to generate large loan balances. Graham comes to the SFG from Berkadia, where he was responsible for the generation of multifamily and other commercial financings. Prior to Berkadia, Graham held positions at CoreVest Finance and Civic Financial Services on their multifamily teams. Graham holds a BS in Real Estate from New York University.
